General photo delivery is 24hrs, video and virtual staging up to 48hrs after the on-site appointment.

Appointment cancellations must be made within 24hrs. Same day cancellations will result in a $50, non-refundable charge. This includes same day rescheduling because the property in not ready to shoot.
